Sri Lanka: Communication centre owner shot dead in Jaffna (TamilNet) - Two unidentified gunmen on motor cycle opened fire Monday around 7:00 p.m on the owner of a communication centre located in Aadiyapatham Veethi area in Kokkuvil, Jaffna and escaped from the place. The seriously injured man was rushed to Jaffna Teaching hospital where he succumbed to his wounds, sources in Jaffna said.
